The story of the book

This book is the story of a woman, and a dietitian, who realized that the pain she had long been told was “normal” was not normal at all. A journey that began with an endometriosis diagnosis becomes a discovery of the wonders of the female body, the rhythm of the menstrual cycle and the healing power of nutrition.

It’s all in these pages.

Clear, heartfelt and, above all, full of hope.
